Sarah Twigg and Gary Morland show our holistic approach to Strategic Asset Management across highways, lighting and structures. We’ll explore risk-based methodologies driven by traditional and AI powered survey data, and various tools for scheme generation.
We’ll also look at visualisation, updates for structures and lighting, risk-based inspection programming, and a strategic look at carbon reporting.

Scott Hutchinson will demonstrate the lifecycle of contractor engagement —from managing Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to tracking stores usage, and through to client/contractor reporting and claiming. We’ll explore updates to our contractor interface, delivering smarter, more connected workflow.
14:55 Report It v3.0: Reimagining the customer experience
Martin Large will bring you up to date on our Report It customer engagement platform. This journey starts from early innovations with Cambridgeshire County Council, inspiration from the seamless ‘Amazon experience’, feedback from Suffolk and a wish-list shaping our roadmap. Martin will touch on Customer Service integration, potential use of What 3 Words, and demonstrate how Report It v3.0 is evolving into a smarter, intuitive platform for citizens and service teams alike.

We’ve been busy transforming customer requirements into powerful, efficient Aurora solutions. This session will spin through some of the most interesting, positive project outcomes, including Apply For It and View It portals, D-TRO solutions, Lane Rental, integrations and an EToN solution delivered in Wales.

Systems are only as good as what you can get out. Last year we showed the tools in our garage, this update extends this, including real-time monitoring options.
