Our Professional Services Team develops and maintains this material, which is available via our e-learning platform and as traditional scheduled training courses.

Thousands of users have completed courses on the Aurora Academy, our e-learning platform. We have courses covering basic Aurora use, Street Works and Road Works legislation across different UK legislative regions, Customer Service, Asset Management and more. Academy courses are developed alongside Aurora, and provide most customers with ideal, self-service access to exactly what is needed.

Aurora Academy courses consist of concise captioned videos, backed up with quizzes and exercises to put the lessons into practice, ensuring a high standard of learning is achieved. Every course includes a Symology accredited certificate on completion, and some include a reference guide on completion, to remind delegates of the material covered.

We’ve had excellent feedback from delegates across all disciplines, who find e-learning provides the flexibility to complete requirements, in their own time, at their own pace, and with consistent results across their whole team.
